Heaters for enclosures
INTERTEC offers the world’s largest selection of explosion-proof heaters, certified for almost all regions of the world: ATEX, IECEx, CSA, EACEx. The solution to a heating task is the interplay of thermal insulation, mounting position, heater type and the control devices or temperature switches. And the heating tasks have very different requirements. Only the wide spectrum makes it possible to configure the perfect solution with the optimum heat transfer, the best mounting, etc.
Convection Heaters - Constant Heating Power
Convection heaters provide uniform heating of the air inside an enclosure to heat the equipment and systems within and thus ensure their functionality. In addition to increasing the temperature of components to the required operating temperatures, convection heaters also help prevent condensation inside the enclosure.

CP MICROTHERM
Compact and slim: This heater will also fit next to or between built-in devices.

CP MULTITHERM
The MULTITHERM is bigger and more powerful. With enough space, this heater offers a better efficiency.

CP MEGATHERM
Due to their narrow, vertical format, these heaters are particularly suitable for installation next to or behind the devices in the housing.

CP VARITHERM
These heaters are characterized by a high heat emission due to their relative area. They are optimally installed below the devices in the housing.
Self-Limiting Convection Heaters
Self-limiting (SL) heaters generate heat depending on the temperature already reached. The higher the temperature, the lower the heat output. Due to this PTC characteristic, SL heaters approach their set temperature, but never exceed it. External controllers are thus not necessary.

SL MICROTHERM
Compact and slim: This heater will also fit next to or between built-in devices.

SL MULTITHERM
The MULTITHERM is bigger and more powerful. With enough space, this heater offers a better efficiency.

SL MEGATHERM
Due to their narrow, vertical format, these heaters are particularly suitable for installation next to or behind the devices in the housing.

SL VARITHERM
These heaters are characterized by a high heat emission due to their relative area. They are optimally installed below the devices in the housing.

BLOCKTHERM
The electric heating block is attached to valve blocks, measuring devices, control valves, etc. and heats these devices by means of heat conduction. This type of frost protection or temperature maintenance is simple, reliable and economical. If required, different adapter plates guarantee an optimal heating of different devices.

FLATTHERM
Due to its relatively large surface, this heater is suitable for mounting on components with similarly large, flat surfaces. Due to the shape of the heater, it takes up comparatively little space in the housing.
